The garment features a high waist design and is a good choice following liposuction of the thigh, gluteal procedures, and abdominal procedures. It is made of 51% tactel nylon and 49% soft lycra, providing all-day comfort and retaining its shape while being irritant-free. This is one of the most popular designs, the LGS, which is a Stage 1 thigh-length compression girdle made of comfortable F7 certified stretch fabric.

The garment has a zipper on both sides with a protective lining for added comfort, an open crotch, and a 3-inch elastic waist band. It can be used for various procedures, including abdominoplasty (tummy tuck), liposuction of the abdomen, flanks, hips, and thighs, as well as buttock lift.
